How to Change Nameservers in Your Client Area
Follow these steps to update your domain's nameservers and point your domain to a new hosting provider.
1. Access Your Account

Login: Visit the Client Area and enter your login credentials.

Navigate to Domains: Once logged in, click on the Domains option in the main navigation menu.
2. Select Your Domain

List All Domains: You will see a list of domains associated with your account. Locate the specific domain you wish to update and click on it.

Manage Domain: Within the domain management section, click on Manage Domain (or the tool icon next to the domain).
3. Update Nameserver Settings

Access DNS Settings: Look for an option labeled Nameservers or DNS Management in the sidebar or main dashboard.

Enter New Nameservers: You will see fields for the current nameservers. Replace these with the ones provided by your new hosting provider.

Check for Extra Text: Sometimes, when copying and pasting information from previous logs, the phrase "Command completed successfully" might accidentally be pasted into the nameserver fields. Please ensure you delete this text, leaving only the nameserver addresses (e.g., https://www.google.com/search?q=ns1.example.com).
4. Save and Confirm

Save Changes: Click the Change Nameservers or Update button to apply the new settings.

Confirmation: You should see a message indicating the update was successful.
Important Considerations

Propagation Time: Nameserver changes can take anywhere from a few hours to 48 hours to propagate globally. During this time, your website might appear "down" or point to the old server for some visitors.

Verify Changes: You can use a tool like or visit a site like DNSChecker.org or https://who.is/ to see if your new nameservers are active worldwide.
