Steps to Set File Download Permissions
Step 1: Log in to OpenCart Administrator

Use your administrator account to access the backend dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to User Groups

In the left sidebar, click System → Users → User Groups.

Select the user group you want to edit (e.g., Default, Customer, Affiliate).
Step 3: Configure Permissions

In the Edit User Group page, scroll to the Access Permission and Modify Permission sections.

Locate the download option in the list.

Check the box to grant permission for file downloads.

Access Permission → Allows the group to view/download files.

Modify Permission → Allows the group to manage/download files.

Step 4: Save Changes

Click Save to apply the new permissions.

The selected user group now has file download rights.
