Yes, you can absolutely pay in advance. If you already have an existing plan and would like to prepay, you’re welcome to do so.
To add funds in advance:

Log in to your dashboard.

Hover over the Billing section.

Click Add Funds.

Select your preferred payment method.

Click Add Funds to complete the process.
