  2. Open a Support ticket with our team by selecting Account Recovery.

  3. In your ticket, clearly describe your situation (lost email, inactive phone or loss of access to 2FA).

  4. Upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID to verify your identity.

What Happens Next

  • Our support team will review your request and verify your information.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to securely regain access to your Hosting Panel account

    Note: Submitting a valid government-issued ID is required for all recovery requests.
