Updating the Nameservers at Third-Party Registrars

If your domain is registered with another provider, you’ll need to update its nameserver (NS) records so your website and email can work correctly with ruachost.com.

About Nameserver Updates

Until your domain’s nameservers are updated to point to ruachost.com, visitors won’t be able to see your hosted website or use related email services.

To fix this, simply log in to your registrar account and change the nameservers to point to ruachost.com’s servers.

Important:
After updating the nameservers, it can take up to 24 hours for DNS changes to fully propagate across the internet.

General Steps to Update Nameservers

Regardless of where your domain is registered, the process is usually similar:

1. Log in to your domain registrar account.

2. Find the domain management or DNS settings section.

3. Update the Nameserver 1 (Primary) record to nsa.ruachost.com.

4. Update the Nameserver 2 (Secondary) record to nsb.ruachost.com.

5. Save the changes.

Important:
Some new hosting accounts may use different nameservers depending on your plan or server configuration. If you’re unsure which ones to use, check your Hosting Panel or contact Ruach Support for confirmation.

Once saved, your website and email services will begin working properly as soon as DNS propagation completes.
