Steps to Install Beehive

Log in to cPanel.

Navigate to the Softaculous Apps Installer section.

Search for Beehive.
-
In the Softaculous dashboard, type Beehive in the search box.

Or browse under Forums → Beehive.

Click Install.
-
The installation page will open.

Choose Protocol.

Select
https://orhttps://wwwif your site has an SSL certificate. -
Select
http://orhttp://wwwif SSL is not installed.

Choose Domain.
-
Select the domain where Beehive will be installed.

Set Directory.

Leave blank if you want Beehive installed at the root (e.g.,
example.com). -
Enter a folder name (e.g.,
forum) if you want Beehive installed atexample.com/forum.

Configure Forum Settings.

Site Name → Enter the title of your forum.

Site Description → Enter a tagline or description.

Set Admin Account.
-
Admin Username → Choose a unique username.

Admin Password → Use a strong password (Softaculous provides a strength meter or can generate one).

Admin Email → Enter the administrator’s email address.

Database Settings.
-
Provide a database name or accept the default.

Configure table prefix if needed.

Advanced Options (Optional).

Configure automated backups and rotation.

Enable email notifications for updates.

Install.
-
Review settings and click Install.

Wait for confirmation. Softaculous will display the Beehive login URL (e.g.,
example.com/admin).
