Steps to Install Open eShop

Log in to cPanel.

Navigate to the Softaculous Apps Installer section.

Search for Open eShop.

In the Softaculous dashboard, type Open eShop in the search box.

Or browse under E‑Commerce → Open eShop.

Click Install.

The installation page will open.

Choose Protocol.

Choose Domain.

Select the domain where Open eShop will be installed.

Set Directory.

Leave blank if you want Open eShop installed at the root (e.g.,

Enter a folder name (e.g.,
shop) if you want Open eShop installed atexample.com/shop.

Configure Store Settings.

Site Name → Enter the name of your store.

Admin Username → Choose a unique username.

Admin Password → Use a strong password (Softaculous provides a strength meter or can generate one).

Admin Email → Enter the administrator’s email address.

Select Language.

Choose the default language for your store.

Database Settings.

Provide a database name or accept the default.

Configure table prefix if needed.

Advanced Options (Optional).

Configure automated backups and rotation.

Enable email notifications for updates.

Choose auto‑upgrade options for Open eShop.

Install.

Review settings and click Install.

Wait for confirmation. Softaculous will display the Open eShop login URL (e.g.,
example.com/shop).
