This may result from sharing a Hubspot page or blog post on Facebook. It may also be caused by caching plugins, CDN conflicts or missing open graph (og) meta tags for the thumbnail image. Facebook scraps the URL previously and cached a version of the page. You should run the Facebook Debugger which will run a report and display any problem with the webpage, this also resets the Facebook cache.
