Placing an order for a domain name is pretty simple, here's a guide to help you with that:
- Visit https://ruachost.com/domains
- Enter your domain name and search for its availability
- You will receive a congratulatory message if your domain name is available, click on the green 'Add to cart' button.
- This will take you to a new window where you can 'add hosting' if you wish to host with us however, you can skip that step if you already have hosting with another host provider or if you are not ready to pay for hosting just yet.
- Next is the Nameservers - by default, our nameservers are provided in the appropriate boxes so you don't need to do anything here if you are hosting with us. If you are hosting with another provider, you would have to use custom nameservers by inputting your host providers' nameservers in the appropriate boxes (you can request for your host provider nameservers from their support).
- Click on 'Continue'
- If you have a promo code, there's a field to enter it and validate if not, click on checkout
- Enter your personal and billing information appropriately, alternatively you can sign up with our Google or Facebook account to save time.
- Input a password to your account and confirm it you can as well click on 'Generate Password' (Ensure to save your password or write it down where you can easily retrieve it), this will bring a popup, click on 'Copy to Clipboard and paste' to automatically copy to your clipboard and insert in the appropriate boxes.
- Choose your payment option, we have the following payment methods: Paystack, Flutterwave, Bank transfer and Crypocurrency (Coins)
- If you'd prefer, you can enter additional information to your order or skip this step.
- You can click the 'Yes' button to join our mailing list to get fantastic offers and promotions from us.
- Check the 'Terms of Service' box
- And finally, click the 'Complete Order' box this will redirected to your preferred method to make payment
