If you don’t have time to manage product reviews or want to prevent negative reviews from appearing, you can disable the review feature in OpenCart. On ruachost.com, this can be done directly from the OpenCart administration dashboard.
Why Disable Product Reviews?

Steps to Disable Product Reviews

Log in to OpenCart Administrator

Use your administrator account to access the backend.

Navigate to Store Settings

On the dashboard, in the left sidebar, click System → Settings.

Select your store and click the Edit button.

Open the Options Tab

On the Settings page, click the Option tab.

Disable Reviews

Scroll down to the Reviews section.

Set Allow Review to No.

Set Allow Guest Reviews to No (optional, if you want to block reviews from non‑registered users).

Save Changes

Click Save to apply the new settings.

The review links and previous reviews will be removed from all products.
