Setting up your professional email begins with verifying your domain and configuring DNS records. Follow this step-by-step guide to get started.

Step 1: Register or Transfer Your Domain

To begin, you need a registered domain.
You are required to either register a new domain or use your existing domain.

Step 2: Access Your Email Service Dashboard

After purchasing your professional email service:

Go to My Services in your account dashboard.

You’ll see a banner displaying your domain information, including:

Name

Record Type (A)

IP Address

Step 3: Create an A Record

Navigate to the DNS Manager and add an A record using the details from the banner (e.g):

Once added, click Verify Domain DNS on the banner.

It may take a few minutes for the changes to propagate.

Use the Reload button if needed.

Step 4: Add MX Records

After successful domain verification, the management menu will appear. Return to the DNS Manager to configure your MX records for email routing.

Add two MX records (for Example):

 

Ensure the TTL is set appropriately ( 14440).
use the ruachost.com Mail Exchange records( mx01.emailpnl.com [priority 10]
mx02.emailpnl.com [priority 20] as 
provided in the image above.

Step 5: Wait for Propagation

DNS changes may take time to propagate across the internet.

Allow up to 24 hours for full activation.

Once complete, your professional email service will be ready to use.
Final Step: Create Your Email Account

Once DNS propagation is complete and your domain is verified:

Go to the Email Accounts section in your dashboard.




Click the + Add Email Account button to create your professional email address.

Your email service is now fully set up and ready to use.
