Preventing Domain Expiration
Sometimes, we receive urgent messages from customers saying their website has suddenly gone offline. After checking, we often find that the website itself is fine — but the domain name has expired.
In a few cases, the domain has been inactive for so long that it’s been completely deleted or even re-registered by someone else.
This issue usually happens because the contact email addresses on the domain record are outdated. Most registrars send renewal reminders to the billing or administrative email on file. If those emails are no longer valid, you’ll miss the renewal notice, your registration will expire, and your website will appear to go down. If not renewed in time, you could even lose ownership of your domain completely.
To prevent this:

Regularly check your website and domain information, even if you haven’t made recent updates.

Make sure your contact details are current, especially your email address.

If anything has changed, update your domain record immediately.

Avoid Fake Domain Renewal Scams

These transfers often result in higher costs without any real advantage.
