• Backups are created automatically with no manual setup required.

• You can restore files, databases, and accounts directly from your hosting panel.

• Powered by JetBackup (with some legacy servers still using R1Soft, which are being transitioned).

Accessing Cloud Backup

If Your Server Uses JetBackup

1. Log in to cPanel.

2. In the Files section, click JetBackup 5.

3. The JetBackup dashboard will display:

   • Alerts and notifications.

   • Number of available backups.

   • Disk space usage.

   • Shortcuts to restore/download backups.

Viewing, Restoring, and Downloading Backups

With JetBackup

• View Backups: Select from available backups (Full, Home Directory, Databases, Email Accounts, DNS Zones, etc.).

• Restore:

  1. Choose the backup you want.

  2. Select items to restore (you can exclude specific files/folders).

  3. Click Restore Selected Items.

• Download:

  1. Select the backup.

  2. Click Download Selected Items.

  3. Once ready, download the compressed file to your computer.
