The Roundcube webmail client in cPanel allows you to easily manage your contacts by importing existing address books or exporting them for backup and migration.
Importing Contacts

Log in to Roundcube Webmail.

Click Contacts in the left sidebar.

Click the Import icon.

Click Choose Files → select the contact file from your computer.

Supported format: VCF (vCard).

(Optional) Check Replace the entire address book if you want to overwrite existing contacts.

Click Import.
-
Roundcube will add the contacts to your address book.
Exporting Contacts

Log in to Roundcube Webmail.

Click Contacts.
-
Click the down arrow next to Export.

Choose one of the following:

Export all → saves all contacts.
-
Export selected → saves only highlighted contacts.

-
Save the VCF file to your local computer.
