When Ruachost migrates a cPanel account from one server to another, only the data and settings managed within cPanel itself are included. Anything configured outside of cPanel (server-level or root-level settings) is not part of the migration.
Included in cPanel Migrations
The following items are migrated automatically:

Not Included in cPanel Migrations
The following are not migrated, since they are outside cPanel’s scope:

IP addresses and server network configuration.

Apache and PHP configuration files (e.g., httpd.conf).

Firewall configurations.
-
MySQL service configuration file (my.cnf).

Any files or settings created by the root user.
-
Server packages and custom software installed outside cPanel.

Server Rewind backups (applies to Shared, Reseller, and Managed WordPress accounts).

Two-factor authentication (2FA) — you’ll need to reconfigure this in cPanel after migration.
