The webmail interface (Roundcube) allows users to manage their e‑mail accounts directly in a browser. Beyond reading and sending messages, you can configure account settings, filters, and preferences without needing cPanel access.
What You Can Configure in Webmail
From the webmail landing page, you can manage:

Autoresponders → Set automated replies (e.g., vacation notices).

Account Password → Change your login password securely.

Preferred Webmail Application → Choose Roundcube as your default.

E‑mail Filters → Create rules to block, redirect, or organize mail.

E‑mail Forwarders → Forward messages to another address.

Calendars & Contacts → Configure CalDAV/CardDAV sync with local clients.

Contact Information → Update details for notifications and password resets.

Account Preferences → Adjust interface settings.

Spam Filters → Manage spam detection and handling.
Steps to Configure an Account via Webmail

Log in to Webmail:

Through cPanel → Email Accounts → Check Email.

On first login, the landing page appears:

Under Change your webmail client, select Roundcube.

From the landing page, you can:

Manage Your Inbox → Autoresponders, Filters, Forwarders.

Edit Your Settings → Password, Contact Info, Preferences.

Fight Spam → Adjust Spam Filters.

Open Your Inbox → Click Open to access Roundcube.
