A redirect automatically sends visitors from one web page to another. This is useful for:
-
Shortening long URLs.
-
Redirecting old pages to new ones.
-
Moving traffic from non‑www to www versions (or vice versa).
-
Redirecting entire directories at once.
Adding a Redirect

-
On the Tools page → Domains section, click Redirects.

Under Add Redirect:

Select the domain.
-
Enter the web page you want to redirect.
-
In the Redirects to box, type the destination URL (can be on your site or another site).

wwwversions. -
Wild Card Redirect → redirects all files in a directory to the same filenames in the new directory.
-
-
Click Add → cPanel saves the redirect.
Removing a Redirect
-
Log in to cPanel → Redirects.

Under Current Redirects, locate the redirect.
