Managing your profile in the Client Area

Your Ruachost Client Area provides a central place to manage your account, update personal details, control access, and review important communications. This guide walks you through the key sections of your profile so you can stay in control of your hosting experience.

Account Details

The Account Details section is where you can edit and manage your personal information. Here, you can:

• Update your name, email address, and contact information

• Keep your billing details accurate

• Ensure your profile is always up to date for smooth communication and service delivery

Keeping this section current helps avoid issues with invoices and notifications.

From the top right menu under account details click on user management

User Management

The User Management area allows you to invite additional users to help manage your hosting services.

• Click Invite New User to send an invitation by email.

• You can choose the level of access for each user:

  • All Permissions – full access to manage your account

  • Choose Permissions – select specific areas the user can access

This feature is especially useful for teams, developers, or business partners who need controlled access to your hosting panel.

From the account detail menu click on account security

Account Security

Security is a top priority at Ruachost. Under Account Security, you’ll find tools to protect your account.

One key feature is Single Sign-On (SSO):

• When enabled, third-party applications can securely connect to your Ruachost billing account without requiring you to log in again.

• If you share access with third-party apps or users you don’t fully trust, you may wish to disable this option for extra protection.

We recommend reviewing your security settings regularly to ensure your account remains safe.

Email History

The Email History section provides a record of all system-generated emails sent to you by Ruachost.

Here you can:

• View order confirmations, invoices, and account notifications

• Search for specific emails using the built-in filter

• Click on any email subject line to open and review the full message

This ensures you never miss important updates about your hosting services.
